With the current setup of the company, many of the services or products offered require direct involvement of top management particularly during the initial and finalisation stages of the projects. Once projects are successfully completed, an entire performance criterion is assembled. It will monitor the total lifecycle performance of the newly constructed projects or operations as specified by the customer.
